Frequently asked questions
Your affiliate links are never changed. Links you paste are stored exactly as-is and visitors go straight to your URL — including Geniuslink, Amazon short links, and link-in-bio tools. If you paste a plain Amazon or B&H link with no affiliate ID, we add the IDs you saved under Settings → Affiliate IDs. On the Free plan only, if you haven't saved an ID for that store, a MyStacks fallback ID is used so the click isn't wasted.
Yes — that's the whole point. Bring your own accounts for Amazon Associates, B&H, Adorama, Best Buy, REI, ShareASale, AvantLink, Impact, or anything else. Paste the affiliate URL directly into a product, or save your tags once under Settings → Affiliate IDs and we'll apply them to any plain link you add later.
Yes — it's one of our core features. Every product can have one primary buy link plus up to two alternates. A camera you recommend can carry "Buy on B&H," with "Amazon" and "Adorama" listed as alternates on the same card. Your reader shops where they already have an account, and every link uses your affiliate ID.
No. Anyone can sign up free and start building right away — no follower minimum and no waiting list.
Your stacks and data are always yours. Downgrading from Pro to Creator (or Creator to Free) hides the stacks above your new plan's limit from public view — they're never deleted and come back the moment you upgrade again. If you cancel entirely, you keep 1 stack active on the Free plan for as long as you want.
Most platforms manage your affiliate relationships for you — they control which programs get used and take a cut of your affiliate revenue. MyStacks is the opposite: you bring your own accounts, you control every link, and we never touch your commissions. You also get multiple retailers per product, video embeds, Personal Pick badges, and a print-ready QR code for each stack — features most link-in-bio tools don't support.
kit.co shut down in May 2026. MyStacks was built to be everything kit.co should have been — full affiliate-link control, multiple retailers per product, a clean public stack page, your own digital products for sale, video embeds, and per-stack click analytics. If you're migrating from kit.co, you can rebuild your kits in minutes.
Yes. Every stack has a short shareable URL you can drop anywhere — YouTube descriptions, your blog, your newsletter — and a downloadable QR code for print. Embedded clicks, QR scans, and direct visits are tracked separately in your analytics.
Yes — presets, lookbooks, LUTs, ebooks, guides, anything you can deliver as a file. Built-in checkout, instant download links, and email delivery. You connect your own Stripe Connect account so payouts go to you directly. Platform fee is 50% on Free, 20% on Creator, and 10% on Pro.
Every plan gets click counts per stack. Creator unlocks per-product clicks and your top-5 performers. Pro adds traffic sources (QR vs link vs embed vs referrer), country and device breakdown, and CSV export of every click.
Affiliate commissions are paid by the affiliate programs you're enrolled in — Amazon, B&H, ShareASale, whoever — directly to you. MyStacks never sits in the middle of those payments. For digital product sales, payouts go through your connected Stripe account.
