Terms of Service
Last updated November 2026
1. Agreement
By using MyStacks you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Accounts
Creator accounts are granted by application and approval. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything published from your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
3. Your content
You own the stacks, images, text, and links you publish. You give MyStacks permission to host and display that content to run the service. Don't publish anything you don't have the right to share, or anything illegal, misleading, or harmful.
4. Affiliate links and disclosure
Creators may include affiliate links and earn commissions from retailers. Creators are responsible for following the rules of their affiliate programs and for disclosure laws such as FTC guidelines. MyStacks shows a disclosure on every public stack page and counts clicks through its redirect links for analytics.
On Free plans, eligible retailer links that have no affiliate ID may carry a MyStacks affiliate ID. Links that already contain an affiliate ID, or that come from link-management services, are never changed.
5. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.
6. Digital marketplace
Creators who sell digital products are the sellers of those products and are responsible for their content and support. Payments are processed by Stripe, and MyStacks keeps the marketplace fee for your plan.
7. Purchases from retailers
Products bought through retailer links are sold by those retailers, not by MyStacks or the creator. Prices, availability, and returns are handled by the retailer.
8. Disclaimers and liability
MyStacks is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Questions? Contact us.
