How we use it

To run MyStacks, show creators analytics, process subscriptions and marketplace sales, prevent abuse, and send account emails and weekly activity updates. You can turn weekly updates off in settings.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help run the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, and Stripe for payments. When you click a retailer link, the retailer receives the visit under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to count unique visitors. Retailers may set their own cookies after you click an affiliate link.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. Meta receives the pages you visit on MyStacks and whether you signed up, plus your browser's IP address, device information, and Meta cookies. This data goes to Meta Platforms to measure and improve ad performance. We don't load the Meta Pixel for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland. To opt out, block third-party cookies in your browser or change your Meta ad preferences.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, laws such as GDPR and CCPA may give you more rights. To make a request, contact us.

Retention and security

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it. Data is encrypted in transit and protected by access controls. See our Trust Center.

Children

MyStacks is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
